Job Responsibilities : Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers. Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to determine credit limits.
Make recommendations for credit approvals or rejections based on risk assessment. Review customer orders to ensure they comply with established credit limits and company policies. Place orders on hold if credit issues are identified and coordinate with sales and customer service teams for resolution.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts. Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments. Conduct regular follow-ups with sales teams and customers regarding overdue payments via phone, email, and written correspondence. Analyze trends in customer payment behavior and recommend improvements to credit policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit and collection activities. Working English proficiency to interpret technical/regulatory documents, standards, or certification requirements in English relevant to their specialization; and correspond with overseas certification bodies, auditors, or technical counterparts as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit management, collections, or a similar role (order to cash function, account receivable management, etc.)
- Understanding of financial statements and credit risk analysis.
- Fluent oral English, Chinese is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly SAP and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
