We’re looking for a highly creative Social Media Manager who will become the driving force behind Forme Studio's digital presence. This is a hands-on role for someone to work in a very small team of founders who loves storytelling, content creation and building brands through social media, you will be working directly with the founders to decide the direction of the brand itself. You’ll be responsible for developing content ideas, coordinating video & photoshoots, creating and publishing content, managing our social media channels, engaging with our audience and supporting our sales team through compelling digital storytelling.
Lead overall creative vision and visual strategy for the brand across all marketing and commercial channels. Handle Video & photoediting with marketing material Own and manage the day-to-day execution of Forme Studio's social media strategy.
Design and create the best unboxing experience possible for the consumer Manage Forme Studio's Social Media accounts across multiple platforms Develop and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.
Ensure a consistent and engaging publishing schedule across all platforms. Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates and emerging content formats. Monitor performance and continually optimize content based on insights and analytics.
Oversee social media campaigns, digital ads, and CPAS performance Develop creative content ideas that improve brand image and recognition. Plan content around key business initiatives, launches, projects and events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
- Has a strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, and digital projects.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in creative design, branding, or marketing design.
- Strong experience in brand identity, campaign design, and creative direction.
- Experienced in digital content, retail branding, packaging design, and visual merchandising.
- Strong understanding of brand consistency and commercial-driven design execution.
- Experience managing designers, external vendors, agencies, and production partners.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and AI creative tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and execution skills.
- Able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Retail, and Product teams.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Bonus Points for:
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
- Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
