Country Manager

We are looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow our Indonesia operations. This role is responsible for overall business performance, including sales, operations, finance, supply chain, and team leadership, while driving sustainable business growth. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in general management, commercial leadership, or business development.
Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, cold chain, industrial equipment, or other B2B technical industries is highly preferred. Proven experience managing P&L and driving business growth. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia . Willing to travel within Indonesia as required. Opportunity to lead and grow a business in Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead overall business operations with full P&L responsibility
- Develop and execute sales and business growth strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
- Oversee project delivery, technical service, procurement, warehouse, and logistics
- Manage budgeting, financial performance, and cost control
- Recruit, lead, and develop cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Report business performance and strategic initiatives to senior management
