We are looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow our Indonesia operations. This role is responsible for overall business performance, including sales, operations, finance, supply chain, and team leadership, while driving sustainable business growth. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in general management, commercial leadership, or business development. Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, cold chain, industrial equipment, or other B2B technical industries is highly preferred. Proven experience managing P&L and driving business growth. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia . Willing to travel within Indonesia as required.
