PT Parkland World Indonesia (PWI 2) is part of the Parkland Co., Ltd group, a footwear manufacturing company that has been operating in Indonesia since 2005. With multiple factories across Banten and Java, the company is a significant player in the footwear industry. The Costing Staff is responsible for analyzing product cost components, maintaining costing data in the ERP system, and supporting cost reduction initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related major.
- Min. 1–2 years experience in manufacturing (footwear/apparel industry preferred).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good understanding of cost accounting and production flow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot, formula, data analysis).
- Good communication skills in English (oral & written).
- Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang – Banten.
Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate and analyze product cost components (materials, labor, overhead).
- Review Bill of Material (BOM) and ensure costing accuracy.
- Coordinate with related departments for cost validation.
- Prepare cost estimation for new product developments and samples.
- Monitor cost variance and support cost reduction initiatives.
- Maintain costing data in ERP/system and provide reports to management.
