Yuni Bersaudara Sejahtera mencari Cost Control Supervisor untuk bergabung dengan tim akuntansi di Pekanbaru, Riau. Posisi full-time ini memiliki peran vital dalam menjaga integritas finansial dan mengoptimalkan manajemen biaya di seluruh operasional perusahaan. Sebagai Cost Control Supervisor, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi aktivitas pengendalian biaya, menganalisis pola pengeluaran, serta mengimplementasikan strategi untuk memastikan penggunaan sumber daya perusahaan yang efisien. Peran ini sangat krusial bagi perencanaan keuangan dan keberhasilan operasional perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and analyse cost expenditures across all departments to identify variances and budgetary discrepancies; Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analysis for management review and strategic decision-making; Supervise and coordinate the work of cost accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all cost-related documentation; Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures to optimise operational efficiency; Review and reconcile cost allocations, departmental budgets, and expense reports; Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects and operational initiatives; Identify areas for cost reduction and present recommendations to senior management; Maintain detailed records of all cost control activities and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards; Liaise with department heads to ensure budgets are adhered to and cost targets are met.
