Cost Control Staff

Support in preparing annual and monthly departmental budgets in alignment with company objectives. Monitor budget utilization and ensure actual expenditures remain within the approved budget. Perform financial analysis, including Budget vs. Actual variance analysis, cost ratio analysis, profit margin analysis, and cost efficiency analysis, while identifying the root causes of variances.

Review and verify all expense requests to ensure they are supported by complete documentation and comply with company policies and SOPs. Control and monitor company expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets and internal financial policies. Classify expenses accurately based on Chart of Accounts (COA) and budget codes.

Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams regarding budget planning, utilization, and cost control. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports and provide financial insights to management. Assist in preparing departmental financial reports and management reports.

Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate and complete cost-related documentation. Recommend cost optimization initiatives and process improvements to enhance budget efficiency. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Budget Control, Cost Control, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, or Finance is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Able to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight
