onitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks. Reconcile inventory variances and investigate discrepancies. Prepare Food Cost, Beverage Cost, and Cost of Sales reports. Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately in the system. Monitor stock movement and identify slow-moving or obsolete items. Analyze cost trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and internal control procedures. Assist during month-end closing by preparing inventory and cost reports. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. Maintain accurate records of inventory and costing documentation.
