Responsible for the Cost Audit role in the Finance Department, ensuring that the processes are in line with the respective Corporate Strategy and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
Qualifications Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in cost control or audit preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (such as iSCALA) are essential.
Candidates must demonstrate good communication, organizational abilities, and a high level of integrity. Experience in supervising a team and familiarity with hotel inventory and cost procedures are strong advantages. Flexibility to work varied hours and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are also key to success in this role.
