Corporate Strategy Deputy Head

About the role We are seeking a Corporate Strategy Deputy Head to join PT Daya Intiguna Yasa (MR DIY) in Jakarta Raya. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and long-term vision of our organization. As Deputy Head of Corporate Strategy, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop, implement, and refine strategic initiatives that drive business growth and competitive advantage. This role is integral to ensuring our strategic objectives are translated into actionable plans across the entire organization.

Key responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making

Support the formulation of long-term business strategies and identify emerging opportunities for growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic initiatives into operational implementation plans Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives against established key performance indicators

Prepare strategic reports and presentations for executive leadership and the board of directors Identify and assess potential risks to strategic objectives and develop mitigation strategies Lead strategic planning workshops and facilitate strategic discussions with internal and external stakeholders

Support merger, acquisition, and partnership evaluation processes Ensure alignment between corporate strategy, business units, and functional departments What we're looking
