Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of weekly maintenance, overhaul (OH), TPMS activities, and service contracts to ensure timely and effective implementation
- Ensure all production machines and equipment operate efficiently and reliably
- Monitor and control maintenance expenditures, utility costs, and energy consumption to meet company targets and budgets
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance reports
- Standardize maintenance systems and practices in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
- Enhance Engineering Team’s competencies by aligning and standardizing technical skill requirements across 7 plants
