Corporate Legal Specialist bertanggung jawab untuk menangani aspek hukum perusahaan, termasuk penyusunan, peninjauan, dan negosiasi kontrak bisnis serta perjanjian kerja sama. Peran ini memastikan perusahaan tetap patuh terhadap regulasi ketenagakerjaan, perizinan bisnis, dan persyaratan lingkungan. Selain itu, posisi ini berkoordinasi dengan notaris dan instansi pemerintah terkait untuk dokumentasi hukum, melakukan riset hukum, serta mendukung divisi lain dalam mitigasi risiko hukum. Anda juga akan menjadi penghubung dengan pihak eksternal seperti firma hukum dan lembaga pemerintah.
Tanggung jawab: Draft, review, and assist in negotiating business contracts and agreements; Support the company's compliance with employment regulations, business licensing, and environmental requirements; Coordinate corporate legal documentation with notaries and relevant government institutions; Conduct legal research on regulations relevant to company operations; Support other divisions in legal risk mitigation and legal documentation management; Liaise with external parties (law firms, notaries, government agencies).
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.), minimum GPA 3.00; 3 years of experience in corporate legal / in-house legal (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply); Solid understanding of corporate law fundamentals, employment law, and commercial contracts; Active English proficiency (written & spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
