Mensa Group is seeking a strategic Corporate Industrial Relations Manager to join their Corporate Human Resources team. This role is responsible for providing strategic guidance on industrial relations and employment law across the group, ensuring compliance with prevailing regulations while managing employee relations risks and organizational changes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling company restructuring, workforce optimization, and organizational transformation. This position requires a strong understanding of Indonesian manpower regulations and excellent work ethics to support the company's people practices.
Tanggung jawab: Providing strategic Industrial Relations and employment-law guidance; Ensuring people practices are compliant with prevailing regulations; Managing employee relations risks and organizational changes.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Industrial Relations, preferably with experience in a corporate or multi-business organization; Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) is strongly preferred; Strong understanding of Indonesian Human Resource and manpower regulations; Proven experience handling company restructuring, workforce optimization, organizational transformation, or similar organizational-change initiatives; Excellent work ethics.
