Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales support, account management, or a related role
• Strong understanding of sales operations, inventory management, and account performance monitoring
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, particularly in managing customers and distributors
• Proficient in data analysis with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Experience in the footwear, sportswear, fashion, or retail industry is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage and maintain assigned accounts as the primary point of contact for sales operations and support
• Monitor order fulfillment and delivery status to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee inventory levels across accounts and coordinate replenishment to support sales performance
• Prepare, analyze, and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to support business decisions
• Negotiate sales targets and commercial objectives with customers, distributors, and key accounts
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, product availability, and account growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure smooth account operations
• Support seasonal business planning, product launches, and other commercial initiatives to achieve sales objectives
