PT Hookah Place Partnership is a culinary business currently seeking an experienced and talented Cook to join their team in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests by preparing high-quality dishes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation of various Western and Japanese menu items, ensuring that every dish meets the company's high standards for quality and presentation. Beyond cooking, the role involves maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict health and safety regulations, managing stock levels, and ordering supplies as needed. The Cook will work collaboratively with the entire kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare a variety of Western and Japanese dishes to high standards; Ensure all food items are prepared and presented consistently and to specification; Maintain a clean and organized work station; Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations; Assist with stock control and ordering of supplies as needed; Work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen.
Kualifikasi: Must be currently domiciled in Bali; Experience in Western foods; Knowledge of basic sushi and fish preparation.
