The Continuous Improvement Specialist is tasked with driving a company-wide culture of Lean manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement (CI) to enhance operational efficiency, safety (EHS), quality, and cost savings. This role involves leading improvement projects, analyzing operational data, and implementing methodologies to optimize production processes. The specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful adoption of CI initiatives.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering; Experience: 2–3 years as a CI/Lean Engineer OR 3+ years as a Production/Operations Supervisor leading improvement projects; Track Record: Successfully managed at least 5 CI projects; Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; Strong command of 5S, SMED, 8D, A3, DMAIC, Poka-Yoke, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), and data analysis/AI tools.
