Description: Review and moderate various types of user content (text, images, video) to enforce community guidelines. Investigate and resolve user reports of policy violations in a timely manner. Accurately document moderation decisions and escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary. Collaborate with other teams to improve moderation tools and policies. Stay informed on current online trends and platform policies. Requirements: Experienced as Content Moderator are preferred. Strong proficiency in English, particularly in reading and comprehending written content. Familiarity with various content and image formats, with a basic understanding of content filtering principles. Normal color vision (no color blindness) to accurately assess visual content. Comfortable reviewing sensitive, potentially disturbing, or explicit material as part of content moderation duties. Having experience as a video content moderator is a plus Willingness to work in shiftings .
