Tanggung Jawab

• 1. Omnichannel Journey Production & Deployment
• Support the development, testing, deployment, and execution of HCP omnichannel campaigns across platforms including SFMC, Veeva Approved Email, Veeva CLM, Mobile Messaging, and M-Connect
• Coordinate campaign delivery activities to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution
• 2. Digital Asset Management
• Manage end-to-end digital asset operations within Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM) and CRM platforms
• Oversee asset upload, review and approval workflows, publishing, synchronization validation, lifecycle management, and retirement of approved content
• Ensure all digital assets comply with internal governance, quality, and regulatory requirements
• 3. Agency & Vendor Coordination
• Partner with agencies and external vendors to support content creation, asset readiness, and publishing activities
• Track deliverables, manage follow-ups, and facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• 4. Contract & Vendor Support
• Assist in annual vendor contract management, including scoping, documentation, contracting, renewals, and record maintenance
• Support vendor engagement processes and operational administration
• 5. Content, Website & Channel Operations
• Coordinate content intake, organization, version control, tracking, and publication processes
• Support the maintenance and updating of websites, digital platforms, and channel assets
• Ensure promotional and non-promotional materials are executed in accordance with internal review and approval procedures
• 6. Documentation, Tracking & Reporting
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, workflow records, calendars, and status reports
• Compile and summarize campaign performance metrics and analytics for reporting purposes
• Monitor deadlines, approvals, and project progress to support operational excellence and execution quality
• 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, agency, and vendor teams to support campaign and content initiatives
• Leverage digital tools and platform capabilities to enhance campaign execution and operational efficiency
• Provide ongoing operational and administrative support for marketing and content-related activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, content operations, digital marketing, omnichannel execution, or project coordination
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or other regulated industry preferred
• Experience supporting HCP marketing, digital content workflows, websites, or omnichannel initiatives
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other collaboration and tracking tools
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
