About the Role; We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and hands-on Construction & Property Coordinator to support our growing villa development and property management business in Bali. This role combines construction project coordination, villa maintenance management, contractor liaison, quality control, and operational support. You will work directly with the founders, assisting with ongoing villa developments as well as managing repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of luxury villas. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both office-based work and being out in the field. No two days are the same. One day you may be reviewing quotes and coordinating contractors, while the next you may be inspecting a construction site, organising repairs, or assisting with project planning. Key Responsibilities; Construction Projects Assist in coordinating villa construction and renovation projects. Conduct regular site visits and provide progress updates. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Help bridge communication between English-speaking owners and Bahasa-speaking contractors. Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items. Assist with identifying construction defects and quality control issues. Obtain and compare supplier and contractor quotations when required. Support procurement and purchasing of materials when necessary. Villa Operations & Maintenance
