Construction Project Manager — High-End Villas Bali, Full-Time, Multi-Site

Maison Bali is an architecture, interior design and bespoke-furniture studio based in Bali. We design and build high-end villas and hospitality projects in our signature "Raw Luxury" style. We're looking for a senior Construction Project Manager to be the owner's eyes and ears across multiple villa sites. THE ROLE You are not a typical site supervisor. You are a senior construction leader who oversees multiple sites and several supervisors and mandors, making sure the drawings and specifications are built on site exactly as designed, and that quality, quantities, timelines and costs match what was agreed and paid for. The owner should only need to come to site to review progress and make key decisions; the day-to-day supervision, quality control, progress monitoring and cost control are handled by you.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of professional experience in construction or site management, including running projects end to end and supervising teams. Strong construction knowledge AND strong administration, communication and digital skills.

Able to run a project completely on your own, and to manage several sites at the same time. A strong leader who can supervise supervisors and mandors. Documents everything properly and can give clear information and updates at any time (the owner needs to know everything).

Always quality-focused, progress-focused and cost-efficient. Detail-oriented: details are what create higher-end quality.

Excellent communication, as important as technical skill, possibly more. Ideally a highly educated engineer with solid construction and strong management experience. A mid-career profile with high standards and attention to detail is preferred. NICE TO HAVE
