• Consignment Stock Management: Monitor product stock levels at all consignment partner locations and ensure sufficient product availability
• Stock Replenishment: Coordinate and arrange product replenishment based on stock movement, sales performance, and partner requirements while preventing shortages and excessive stock
• Stock Checking: Conduct regular physical stock checks at partner locations and ensure actual stock matches internal records
• Product Display & Availability: Ensure Greenfield products are properly displayed, organized, available for customers, and presented according to company standards
• Partner Relations: Maintain professional and positive relationships with consignment partners through regular communication, visits, and operational support
• Sales Monitoring: Monitor product sales performance at each partner location and identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving products
• Order & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely product deliveries, replacements, and stock movements
• Consignment Documentation: Maintain accurate records of products delivered, sold, returned, exchanged, damaged, or transferred between locations
• Payment & Sales Reconciliation: Coordinate with partners and the relevant internal team regarding consignment sales reports, invoices, payment status, and reconciliation
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of Greenfield products, including their benefits, usage, pricing, and key selling points, to provide accurate information to partners
• Partner Support: Respond promptly to partner inquiries, stock requests, operational concerns, and product-related issues
• Product Quality Monitoring: Regularly check product condition, packaging, expiry dates where applicable, and overall presentation at partner locations
• Market & Partner Feedback: Collect feedback from partners regarding customer demand, product performance, pricing, competitors, and market opportunities
• New Consignment Opportunities: Support the Sales Team in identifying potential new locations and partners suitable for Greenfield consignment products
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner visits, stock movements, sales performance, follow-ups, and other activities using the company’s CRM or reporting system
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Production, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth consignment operations
