COMPLIANCE STAFF

WE ARE HIRING Compliance Staff Placement: Lamongan PT. Shoetown Mustika Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and assertive Compliance Staff to ensure that all company operations adhere to applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. This role is essential in maintaining regulatory compliance, minimizing legal risks, and supporting sustainable business operations. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure company compliance with Indonesian regulations, including labor law, safety (K3), and licensing requirements Review internal policies and procedures to align with current legal standards Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions

Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities regarding compliance matters Prepare compliance reports and maintain proper documentation Support the implementation of compliance programs and initiatives

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Law Strong understanding of Indonesian regulations (labor law, safety/K3, licensing, etc.)

Fluent in English (written and spoken) Detail-oriented, assertive, and responsible Strong leadership and team management skills
