Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team on a full-time basis in Bekasi Regency, West Java . This is a strategic position within our body corporate and facilities management operations, responsible for ensuring that all activities, policies, and procedures align with applicable laws, regulations, and ISO or Data Center standards. The Compliance Officer will play a crucial role in protecting the organisation from risks whilst promoting a culture of compliance throughout the company. This position requires a proactive individual who can develop, implement, and monitor compliance programmes across all operational areas.

Key responsibilities Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, permits, licenses, and internal company policies related to data center operations Coordinate internal and external audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections

Conduct compliance reviews and assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement Monitor the implementation and closure of audit findings, corrective actions, and preventive actions Support compliance with management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, TVRA, POJK, etc

Maintain accurate compliance documentation and records, ensuring all necessary permits, certifications, and licences are current and properly maintained What we're looking for Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Minimum 3 years' experience in in compliance, governance, risk management, audit, regulatory affairs, or data center operations Experience working in a mission-critical environment such as a data center, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure is preferred Knowledge of management systems and compliance frameworks, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, and business continuity standards.
