Tanggung jawab: Review Project specific Scope of Work and other relevant information and specifications for Project Mechanical Completion execution; Request qualified Engineers and Supervisors to support Mechanical Completion execution; Request adequate equipment, tools, and consumables to be used during Mechanical Completion activities; Coordinate with Fabrication Coordinator on schedules and potential cost impact; Coordinate with HSE Officers on Task Risk Assessment implementation; Prepare and identify Mechanical Completion Inspection and Test Records required in PIMS; Supervise Mechanical Completion, discipline engineers; Prepare execution plans and Mechanical Completion strategies; Prepare general procedures for implementation of Mechanical Completion-related activities; Allocate budget and estimated person-hours for Mechanical Completion-related activities; Define systems limits; Prepare Mechanical Completion Management System; Support and disseminate Engineering policies and Yard procedures and participate in any improvements; Support Division Engineering by providing input to the bid and historical data from the projects; Attend/provide training and provide feedback/improvement as required.
