The Community Relations Assistant plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining effective communication with local communities at the hamlet and village levels, who are key stakeholders of the company. The position involves developing strategies and work programs to build sustainable communication and maintain regular engagement with these communities. Furthermore, the role requires fostering strong relationships with both formal and informal community leaders. The incumbent will implement an early warning system to identify potential conflicts, collaborate with other departments to resolve community-related issues, and prepare monthly reports on community relations activities, including conflict mapping and analysis. The role works closely with the CSR and Security Managers to ensure positive engagement surrounding plantation operations.
