Perhimpunan Penghuni Apartemen is a hospitality and management organization dedicated to maintaining high standards of security, safety, and operational excellence in residential environments. This leadership role is based in South Jakarta and focuses on overseeing security operations, parking management, and safety protocols. The Manager will develop and implement comprehensive security policies, manage security personnel, and ensure the protection of residents and facilities. The role requires a strategic approach to risk management combined with hands-on operational oversight of security technologies and emergency response procedures.
Tanggung jawab: Developing and implementing comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols; Managing and supervising a team of security personnel (recruitment, training, scheduling, performance); Overseeing parking operations, including allocation and enforcement; Conducting regular security assessments and risk analyses; Managing CCTV, access control, and parking systems; Responding to security incidents and emergencies; Liaising with local law enforcement and emergency services; Conducting safety audits and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; Developing security awareness training for residents and staff; Managing security budgets and maintaining communication with residents.
