Community & Content Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Community & Content Specialist to grow and engage our parent and education communities while creating meaningful content that supports child development and parenting education. This role combines community building, content strategy, stakeholder engagement, and event activation to strengthen BrainFit's position as a trusted partner for parents, educators, and families.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating impactful content, and transforming community insights into engaging experiences that drive participation, loyalty, and advocacy. What You’ll Do: Build and Grow Our Community

Manage and engage BrainFit's parent and education communities across online and offline channels. Develop and implement initiatives to increase community participation, engagement, and member retention. Foster meaningful relationships with parents, educators, schools, and community partners through regular communication and engagement activities.

Coordinate community events and educational programs, including participant communications, registrations, engagement activities, and post-event follow-up. Gather community feedback, identify member needs and interests, and recommend initiatives to enhance community experience and satisfaction. Promote BrainFit programs, campaigns, and events through community channels to increase awareness and participation.

Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen customer engagement, advocacy, and referral opportunities. Create Impactful Content Create high-quality content including articles, blog posts, newsletters, social media copy, educational resources, and marketing communications.
