Posisi Commodity Buyer Manager bertanggung jawab secara strategis dan komersial dalam mengelola aktivitas pengadaan dan penyediaan (sourcing and procurement) untuk komoditas yang ditugaskan. Peran ini memastikan kelangsungan pasokan, efisiensi biaya, kepatuhan kualitas, serta kinerja pemasok yang optimal. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pengembangan dan eksekusi strategi pengadaan, pengelolaan proses pengadaan end-to-end termasuk RFQ dan negosiasi komersial, pemantauan tren harga komoditas, penggerak optimasi biaya, serta manajemen kinerja pemasok untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar kualitas dan keamanan pangan. Anda juga bertugas memelihara dokumentasi pengadaan serta berkolaborasi lintas fungsi dengan departemen Planning, QA, Finance, Operations, dan Marketing.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities; Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFQ, commercial evaluation, negotiation, and supplier recommendation; Monitor commodity price trends and market developments; Drive cost optimization and value improvement through effective sourcing strategies and commercial negotiations; Manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, specifications, service, and commercial requirements; Monitor supplier performance and coordinate corrective actions to address quality, service, and commercial issues; Maintain procurement data, contracts, commercial documentation, and savings tracking; Collaborate closely with Planning, QA/Food Technology, Commissary, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to align sourcing decisions with business requirements; Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers through clear communication, transparent accountability, and effective performance management; General Requirements :.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field; Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, Category Management, or related areas, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry; Strong knowledge and experience in strategic sourcing and commercial negotiation; Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines; Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills.
