Dharma Uluwatu membuka kesempatan bagi posisi Commis untuk bergabung dengan tim kuliner di kawasan Uluwatu, Kuta Selatan, Bali. Posisi entry to mid-level ini menawarkan kesempatan luar biasa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kuliner dalam lingkungan kerja yang profesional. Sebagai seorang Commis, Anda akan bertanggung jawab membantu tim dapur dalam persiapan makanan, proses memasak sesuai standar resep, menjaga kebersihan dan higienitas area dapur, serta mendukung kelancaran operasional stasiun kerja demi menyajikan pengalaman kuliner terbaik bagi para tamu.
Tanggung jawab: Preparing and cooking food items in accordance with established recipes and kitchen standards; Assisting senior chefs and kitchen staff with mise en place and food preparation tasks; Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment at all times; Supporting the efficient operation of kitchen stations and equipment; Following food safety and hygiene protocols consistently; Contributing to inventory management and stock rotation procedures; Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service demands; Learning and applying new cooking techniques and recipes under supervision; Assisting with plating and presentation of dishes to maintain quality standards.
