• Manage commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and monitoring contractual terms, obligations, and compliance.
• Provide legal and commercial advice to business units on contracts, transactions, business initiatives, and other matters to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
• Review and assess contractual terms, commercial arrangements, and business proposals to protect the Company's interests and ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Handle complex, contentious, and sensitive commercial and legal matters, including legal research, reviews, analysis, and recommendations on appropriate courses of action.
• Support contract negotiations with customers, vendors, business partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Partner, liaise, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on ad-hoc projects and business initiatives.
• Provide legal risk assessments and practical recommendations to various divisions.
• Support a broad range of corporate legal matters, including preparation, review, filing, and maintenance of legal documents and corporate records.
• Monitor, research, and review existing, amended, and newly issued laws and regulations relevant to the Company's commercial activities.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, legal guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and manage legal matters involving external counsel, consultants, government authorities, and other relevant external parties.
