About the role The Digital Marketing Manager should enhance our online brand awareness and drive direct bookings through digital strategies and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. This position will be responsible for developing and administering digital activity of Mamaka Hotels that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company whilst collecting and reviewing performance to develop more effective campaigns.

An Indonesian citizen currently residing in Bali. The Gig! Report to the Group Digital Manager (Head Office) and collaborate with agency partners to achieve the target. Able to understand and interpret digital performance data, audience behavior, and make strategy adjustments based on market trends.

You’re focused on impact and conversion, not just vanity metrics. Manage and execute all digital marketing activities for Mamaka Hotels, while working in coordination with the Head Marketing Team on each of the properties to ensure strategic alignment and brand consistency. Lead digital content planning, social media management, email marketing, and blog curation tailored to Mamaka Hotels positioning and target audience.
