The Club Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall operations of the nightclub during evening hours. This role involves overseeing staff performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating events, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and enforcing club policies and regulations. The supervisor will also work closely with security and bar staff to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills are essential to create a vibrant atmosphere while effectively addressing any challenges that arise. Additionally, the Club Supervisor will assist in promoting special events and maximizing guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory role experience in high-end nightlife establishments
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced and high demand environment
- Engaging personality with solid leadership background to lead diverse team members
- Understands exceptional customer experience and held high professional work ethics
