Cloud Support Specalist

Konnco Studio is currently opening an opportunity for a Cloud Account Support to join our team. If you have an interest in cloud services, billing administration, and client communication, we'd love to hear from you. 📍 Location: Bantul (WFO) 🚀 Join ASAP ✍ Responsibilities - Download, review, and consolidate billing data from cloud platforms such as AWS and Huawei Cloud. - Prepare billing recaps and summarize cloud service usage for each client. - Analyze billing components and explain cloud service usage, functions, and cost breakdowns to clients when needed. - Help clients understand cloud resources used within their environment, including compute, storage, database, networking, monitoring, bandwidth, and other related services. - Manage and maintain client account data and related administrative documentation. - Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams for service-related communication and updates. - Handle client issue escalations and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution. - Provide regular updates to clients regarding the progress of their issues and requests. ✍ Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Support, Billing Administration, Customer Success, Technical Support, or similar client-facing roles. - Familiar with cloud computing concepts and cloud service categories such as compute, storage, database, networking, monitoring, and serverless services on AWS and/or Huawei Cloud. - Understanding of cloud billing concepts and cost management. - Experience handling billing data, reporting, and administrative processes. - Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical or billing-related information to clients. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. 📩 Please fill out the Google Form below so we can get to know you better:
