Clinic Manager

About the role We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to join our growing healthcare organization, based in Denpasar, Bali. As Clinic Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our medical clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction. This is a full-time position. What you'll be doing Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinical workflows and patient experience Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the clinic's facilities, equipment, and supplies

Collaborate with the medical team to address patient concerns and provide seamless care Manage and monitor the clinic's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control Represent the clinic in external interactions with healthcare partners, regulatory bodies, and the community

Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to the clinic's administrative and clinical staff What we're looking for Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare management or administration role

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and industry best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team and liaise with patients, providers, and external stakeholders Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis
