We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Operations Executive (Mandarin Speaking) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced client-focused environment and have experience supporting sales operations, client onboarding, and account management processes. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional client service, ensuring compliance standards are met, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Conduct comprehensive client document verification (KYC) and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including following up on incomplete applications and assisting with client reactivation initiatives. Act as the primary point of coordination between clients and the sales team to ensure timely communication and efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate client records and data within CRM systems. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to support business performance tracking. Communicate product updates, promotional campaigns, market developments, and relevant information to clients.
Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team, including lead management, sales pipeline monitoring, and client retention activities. Coordinate closely with Operations, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure client requests and account-related matters are resolved within established service levels. Assist clients with account-related inquiries, including top-ups, withdrawals, account maintenance, and transfer requests.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Client Services, Client Operations, Client Onboarding, or a similar role. Prior experience within financial services, brokerage, investment, fintech, insurance, or related industries is highly preferred. Good understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, client verification procedures, and compliance requirements.
