Kualifikasi

• Building Construction Competency Certificate is an advantage
• Experience in property/developer projects is an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Plan, analyze, and develop structural designs for various types of buildings, including houses/villas
• Design and calculate structural elements such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, and other concrete, steel, or composite structural systems
• Ensure all structural designs comply with SNI, applicable construction regulations, project specifications, and engineering standards
• Prepare structural calculations, working drawings, shop drawing revisions, technical documents, and project reports
• Review and revise structural drawings and shop drawings as required during project execution
• Coordinate technical matters with architects, MEP engineers, interior designers, contractors, construction teams, and project managers
• Supervise structural works on-site to ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules
• Conduct quality control on structural works, construction materials, and implementation methods to ensure compliance with project standards
• Monitor project progress and prepare periodic structural progress reports
• Control structural work costs and improve work efficiency while maintaining quality and safety
• Ensure structural works are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project objectives
• Provide technical support and resolve structural issues arising during construction
