Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Civil Structural bertanggung jawab dalam perancangan struktur bangunan, mulai dari analisis hingga penyusunan laporan teknis. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan dalam perhitungan struktur beton bertulang, baja, dan struktur komposit, serta memastikan seluruh desain sesuai dengan standar SNI dan regulasi konstruksi yang berlaku. Selain aspek teknis, posisi ini juga bertanggung jawab dalam pembuatan gambar kerja (shop drawings), pengawasan kualitas di lapangan, serta koordinasi teknis selama masa konstruksi. Kandidat diharapkan mampu bekerja secara profesional dengan pemahaman mendalam mengenai prinsip-prinsip teknik sipil.
Kualifikasi: Proficient in English, both written and spoken; Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, preferably with a concentration in Structural Engineering; Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design, construction, or property/developer projects; Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures; Proficient in structural calculation and engineering principles; Able to prepare structural calculations, technical reports, working drawings, and drafting documents; Able to read, interpret, and revise technical drawings and shop drawings; Familiar with SNI standards and applicable construction regulations; Knowledge of construction methods, quality control procedures, and site supervision.
