Civil Manager - Manufacture Plant

Civil Manager Job Purpose Managing civil engineer for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of civil engineering. Responsible for gathering project requirements, testing and evaluating building sites and materials, and managing the overall building process from start to finish. Leading team that include contractors, architects, construction managers.

Core Responsibilities • Coordinating with clients to ensure the design meets their needs and specifications • Scheduling and overseeing construction activities to ensure that deadlines are met

• Monitoring project budgets to ensure costs are within reasonable limits • Reviewing plans for design flaws and making recommendations for improvement • Monitoring the work of engineers to ensure that they are adhering to industry standards and best practices

• Providing technical support to contractors during the construction phase of a project • Developing project timelines, including phases of implementation, completion dates, and milestones along the way • Assisting in the development of bids for projects that may be put out to bid by clients
