Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Civil & Facility Supervisor or in a related position
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and safety management skills
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Experienced in managing construction activities both on-site and in the office
• Familiar with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and structural analysis software
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Willing to be place in Cikupa, Tangerang and travel to each site or plant area

Tanggung Jawab

• Supervise and coordinate project activities both on-site and in the office
• Plan, design, and execute projects, ensuring a smooth handover to end users
• Ensure that all work is completed on time, safely, and to high-quality standards
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, requirements, and standards
• Support and assist each unit in implementing standardized civil and facility systems
• Monitor and report on the utilization and performance of projects
