APEX Sports Village sedang mencari profesional di bidang Civil Construction untuk bergabung dengan tim pre-opening. Anda akan mendukung pengembangan dan penyelesaian fasilitas olahraga dan perhotelan kami. Peran ini mencakup pengawasan aktivitas konstruksi sipil harian di lapangan, memastikan pekerjaan sesuai dengan gambar, spesifikasi, standar kualitas, dan jadwal proyek yang disetujui. Anda akan berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor, sub-kontraktor, konsultan, dan tim proyek internal, serta melakukan inspeksi untuk memastikan kualitas dan kepatuhan konstruksi.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities on site; Ensure all civil works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules; Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams; Inspect workmanship, materials, and construction progress; Coordinate civil works with MEP and other disciplines; Review drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents; Identify and resolve site issues, construction defects, and potential delays; Monitor project progress and report updates, issues, and risks; Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper project documentation; Assist with quantity measurements, progress claims, and verification of completed works; Support snagging, defect rectification, testing, and final handover activities; Ensure the construction site maintains proper safety, cleanliness, and organization.
