Responsibilities Achieve sales targets Willing to learn with self-initiative product knowledge of the Brand and competitor

Knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Provide excellent sales service and elegant negotiation Assess customers needs and concerns and find solutions

Willing to “Go the extra mile” to drive sales Actively maintain and build relations with customers outside of the store Maintain a clean and well presentable store, including windows

Display goods per the guidelines of the company and Brand Cooperate well with co-workers to ensure smooth running operation of the store Comply with all company procedures and rules

Requirements Must have boutique retail experience. High end retail background is preferred Luxury watches and jewelry retail experience is a plus
