Chinese Speaker (Project Coordinator & Translator)

Project Location: Central Java PT Winga Garment Indonesia is currently seeking a Chinese Speaker (Project Coordinator & Translator) to join our factory construction project in Central Java. This role will serve as the communication bridge between our local project team and the Chinese EPC contractor, supporting daily coordination, translation, and overall project execution.

Provide Mandarin ↔ English/Indonesian interpretation during meetings, site discussions, and daily communications . Coordinate communication between the Owner, Civil Engineers, Design Team, and Chinese EPC Contractor.

Prepare meeting minutes, monitor action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders. Assist with project documentation, filing, and document control. Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.

Support procurement, administration, and other project-related activities when Chinese language assistance is required. Perform other duties assigned by the Project Management Team. Be part of an international factory construction project.
