The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the Group's operational strategy and performance. This position oversees operations across manufacturing and construction sectors, ensuring that business unit performance is monitored effectively regarding quality, cost, delivery, productivity, and profitability. The COO will lead and evaluate GM/Head-level operational leaders, driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across the organization. Furthermore, the role involves developing SOPs, KPIs, operational controls, and governance frameworks. The COO is responsible for optimizing manpower, capacity, material, and other operational resources, while identifying and resolving cross-functional and cross-business operational issues. By providing strategic operational insights and recommendations to the Board and Management, the COO ensures that operational capabilities are fully aligned with the Group's growth and revenue targets.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Civil Engineering, Business Management, or related field; 15+ years of experience in Operations / Manufacturing / Project / Business Operations; Minimum 5 years in GM / Director / Head of Operations / COO level; Strong experience managing multiple business units, sites, or functions; Strong understanding of operational planning, cost control, productivity, quality, supply chain, procurement, and project management; Experience in manufacturing/garment, footwear, construction, or related industries; Cross-industry operational experience is highly preferred; Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills.
