Perusahaan mencari sosok Chief Financial Officer (CFO) yang strategis serta teliti untuk memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh strategi serta operasional di bidang Keuangan dan Akuntansi. Posisi kepemimpinan ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memastikan keakuratan pelaporan keuangan, kepatuhan terhadap regulasi yang berlaku termasuk aturan OJK, serta menjaga efektivitas proses finansial guna mendukung pencapaian visi bisnis perusahaan. Kandidat terpilih akan mengemban tugas untuk mengarahkan operasional keuangan sesuai SOP perusahaan, memastikan ketepatan waktu pembayaran dan pelaporan pajak, serta memperkuat tata kelola keuangan internal. Peran ini juga berkolaborasi erat dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan internal lintas departemen guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan pengendalian internal secara menyeluruh.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and monitor Finance & Accounting operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and management targets; Develop, implement, and oversee Finance & Accounting processes in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Ensure accurate and timely preparation of the company's financial statements and reports; Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial reports to the Financial Services Authority (OJK); Ensure timely and accurate tax payments, tax reporting, and proper tax documentation; Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency; Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance & Treasury, Internal Audit, Human Capital, Operations, Marketing, and IT.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; Solid experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a senior managerial or leadership role within the banking or financing industry; Experience working at a Big Four accounting firm will be considered an advantage; Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance; Experience in OJK reporting and the financial services or Mult finance industry would be an advantage; Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills; High attention to detail, integrity, and a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
