Supervise electrical works, ensuring safe, quality installation, troubleshooting, testing, and coordination during shipyard operations.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and coordinate electrical works during ship repair activities; Monitor electrical installation, motor overhauling, cable works, termination, and equipment connection; Support troubleshooting, testing, and inspection activities; Ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with drawings/procedures; Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and technicians regarding work progress; Guide technicians/helpers and provide daily work updates.
Kualifikasi: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Minimum 1 year of electrical work experience; shipyard/ship repair experience is preferred; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Familiar with electrical installation, cable termination, testing, and troubleshooting; Able to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams; Good leadership, communication skills, and safety awareness; Good command of English is preferred; Willing to work in a shipyard environment and support overtime when required.
