Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi SI Test Engineer bertanggung jawab penuh dalam pelaksanaan pengujian Signal Integrity (SI) serta memberikan dukungan operasional laboratorium. Peran ini mencakup aspek teknis mulai dari pengujian, analisis hasil, hingga penyusunan laporan teknis. Selain itu, Anda akan berperan dalam pemeliharaan peralatan laboratorium dan memastikan seluruh aktivitas pengujian mematuhi standar perusahaan serta regulasi keselamatan yang berlaku. Anda akan bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim lintas fungsi untuk mendukung proyek teknik dan inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: Perform Signal Integrity (SI) testing in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements; Support laboratory testing activities and daily lab operations; Prepare, operate, and maintain testing equipment; Analyze test results and prepare accurate technical reports; Troubleshoot testing issues and provide technical support when required; Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi: Min. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred); Minimum 1 year of working experience in engineering, laboratory testing, or a related field; Knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) testing is an advantage; Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Able to work independently as well as in a team environment; Proficient in English & Mandarin Language.
