Posisi Channel Development Officer (Mandarin Speaker) bertanggung jawab dalam mengembangkan serta mengimplementasikan program saluran strategis guna mengoptimalkan penjualan dan memperluas pangsa pasar melalui jaringan distributor. Peran ini mencakup riset pasar, negosiasi kontrak dengan distributor, membangun hubungan kerja yang kuat, serta berkolaborasi secara intensif untuk memastikan pencapaian target penjualan dan implementasi proyek yang sukses.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement strategic channel programs to optimize sales and enhance market share through distributor network; Conduct research and identify market trends to understand consumer needs, industry trends, and monitor competitor activities; Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors, including terms and conditions; Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors; Collaborate with distributors during store visits to ensure successful implementation of projects and identify necessary support; Manage and monitor distributor performance while providing ongoing support to ensure they meet their sales goals; Develop marketing strategies for distribution channels to ensure products or services reach a broader customer.
