Giselle Canggu Bali sedang mencari Chef de Partie (CDP) yang berpengalaman untuk bergabung dengan tim dapur mereka. Posisi ini menuntut keahlian dalam persiapan makanan dan manajemen stasiun kerja di dapur yang dinamis. Sebagai CDP, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan kualitas, konsistensi, dan presentasi hidangan sesuai dengan standar resep yang ditetapkan. Anda juga akan berkoordinasi dengan Head Chef dan Sous Chef, memantau tingkat stok bahan makanan, serta memastikan standar kebersihan dan keamanan pangan selalu terjaga selama jam operasional yang sibuk.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and cook dishes according to standards and recipes; Manage and oversee a designated section in the kitchen; Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation; Maintain cleanliness and hygiene following kitchen standards; Coordinate with Head Chef, Sous Chef, and kitchen team; Monitor stock levels and report shortages; Ensure smooth service during busy hours; Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1–2 years experience as CDP (F&B industry required); Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations; Able to communicate in basic English; Organized, clean, and detail-oriented; Able to work under pressure and during peak hours; Good teamwork and professional attitude; Willing to work shifts and weekends; Applications must include a CV written in English.
