Category Manager (Food Service)

Job Description: Develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Lead negotiation with suppliers to secure the best cost, terms, and promotional support. Plan and manage sourcing, promotional activities, and supplier collaboration to maximize category performance.

Oversee product and assortment management, ensuring the right mix, quality, and availability across stores. Review sales performance, conduct data analysis, and recommend actions for optimization. Monitor product lifecycle, pricing strategy, and category space allocation to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with merchandising, operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution. Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards. Requirements:

Minimum education S1 in any major. At least 3 years of experience as a Category Manager or Buyer in retail/FMCG. Strong skills in negotiation and data analysis.
