Kualifikasi

• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• Passionate about the Food & Beverage industry
• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista and/or Cashier
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages, coffee brewing methods, and milk steaming techniques
• Able to operate commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders; experience with La Marzocco is preferred
• Basic knowledge of coffee bean handling, grinder calibration, and daily machine cleaning/maintenance
• Able to maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and portioning
• Proficient in operating POS systems; experience with Moka POS is preferred
• Basic understanding of transaction processing
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and FIFO practices
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to communicate effectively
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, honest, proactive, and reliable
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and rotate between outlets when required
• Willing to work in a non-halal restaurant
• Requirements:
• English speaking preferred
• Placement in Kuningan, Brawijaya, and PIK 2 area
