• Responsible for daily cash and bank receipt/payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage company bank accounts, including fund transfers, payment processing, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare payment requests and ensure all supporting documents are complete and compliant with company policies
• Maintain accurate cash books, bank journals, and treasury records
• Monitor daily cash flow and assist in preparing cash flow forecasts
• Coordinate with banks regarding account opening, maintenance, online banking, and other banking matters
• Assist in payroll payment, tax payment, and other scheduled financial disbursements
• Verify employee reimbursement claims and vendor payment documents before processing
• Support month-end and year-end closing by providing treasury-related reports and reconciliations
• Safeguard company funds, payment instruments, and confidential financial information
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required treasury documents
• Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the Finance Manager
• Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cashier, Treasury, or Finance roles
• Familiar with banking operations, payment processes, and cash management
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity
• Good communication and coordination skills
